Brittany has over 6 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. With her B.S. in Exercise Science and following certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Stretching and Flexibility Coach, Pain Free Performance Specialist, and Functional Kettlebell, Brittany has the experience and knowledge to assist you in your health and fitness journey. She has experience with all ages and levels of fitness and uses a holistic approach to ensure her clients see success.
Brittany created three types of membership options to best align with your individual goals. Whether you’re looking for 1-on-1 coaching, a customized workout program, or nutrition/macro coaching — Train with Brittany has a plan to help you meet your goals.
Do you want the full package? This option includes customized programming based on your goals and schedule, nutrition/macro coaching, weekly check ins and 24 access to a personal trainer.
Do you have the accountability and nutrition aspects mastered? This options may be for you! This option includes customized programming based on your goals and schedule, with monthly check ins.
Do you have the accountability and training aspects mastered? This option may be for you! This option includes customized nutrition and/or macro coaching based on your goals.
